Desk slaves unite!
Prime Number clearly understands his place. The last time I was an employee was in 1981, a simpler time when HR departments were unkown and managers could easily judge how well you performed your job because at some point in their career they probibly did it.
There were no performance reviews, team building weekends or 5 minute massages back then. This was still the era of The Class Struggle when collective bargaining was still a legal and aceptable activity.
Ironically our new Workplace Relations laws might see the demise of the HR Department… who needs one if your employees have little or no power under law and their labour is little more than a comodity. So be careful.
