Slow mo calisthenics

Tuesday night I went to my first Tai Chi lesson. I thought that wiggling about in slow motion might be a low pain way to ease into some gentle exercise and it also appealed to my sense of humour.

Turns out to be pretty hard to do, and I came home totally tuckered out. It was a (surprisingly) really enjoyable hour and a challange and I’m looking forward to getting to a stage where I have learnt all the moves so I can just do it. This, I was told, normally takes a few months.

Apparently first I’ll need to un-clench so that the life-force can flow through me… So first things first.
