Notice how they have stopped using terrorism as the excuse to enact these extraordinary Police powers. These “delayed notification warrants” will not be limited to terrorism investigations and will not be overseen by the judiciary, in fact the only over-sight will be by the Police themselves.
Expect these powers to be used in Government whistle-blower investigations.
